Senior Pastor - Alfred Cotton:

Pastor Cotton has been serving the Lord for over 20 years, founded RBBC in 1989 and has been
our Senior Pastor since. He is a dedicated man of God that openly speaks of his successes as well as failures,
bringing to light the transforming power of Jesus Christ.
His passion is the Word of God, and the preaching of its unadulterated message. For the equipping of the saints and the message of salvation
for the lost, he firmly believes that the Word of God must go out full of Grace and Truth!

Associate Pastor - Phillip Hounshell:

"When Phill got saved, He REALLY Got Saved"
is a statment that categorizes this strong man of God.
In 1990 Phillip accepted the Lord and turned 180 degrees from the streets, alcohol abuse and hustling
that had been leading him down a path of destruction.
Phillip and Lisa, his teenage sweetheart turned wife, are the proud parents of 6 children.
Currently Phillip serves as the
Director of Outreach and Evangelism as well as
Director of Christian Education & Discipleship

Associate Pastor & Financial Minister - Willie & Alseia Jones:

Pastor Willie Jones, who suffers from Sickle Cell Anemia, is one our the Lord's most vibrant servants. You would never guess he has been living
with this debilitating disease his whole life - Praise God!
Always quick to comfort, encourage, fellowship and love long time members as well as visitors of the RBBC congregation.

Associate Pastor - Charles Barfield:
 |
Pastor Barfield accepted the Lord in 1983 and was ordained as a Pastor in 1999.
Currently he is heading up the RBBC Fellowship Ministry
as well as serving in the Nursing Home Outreach Ministry.
Over the years Pastor Barfield has been a great Godly example to men and women, both young and old.
His faith is second to none and his perseverance is truly God given.

Associate Pastor - Benjamin De Point:

Benjamin, the youngest Pastor in age and experience, accepted the call to be a Pastor in the summer of 2004 and since then he has been
maturing under the leadership of Pastor Cotton.
He currently serves as the Teen Pastor of RBBC with the assistance of his wife Saunya. They have 3 children; Jaede, Amber and Nikkye.

Deacon - J. Demitrius & Rosa Robinson:

Saved since 1980, wife and two children,
Coordinator of RBBC Corporate Pray-ers and serves in our Care Cell Deacon ministry. Demitrius a "prayer warrior" and can testify to the impact of prayer in the life of a believer.
Rosa is an excellent example and servant of the Lord Jesus Christ. She currently coordinates the RBBC Ladies Fellowship Ministry.

Randy has been the stable brother in the time of need, even when his personal situations warrant otherwise. He is a trustworthy man of God who is available for counsel and friendship
when called upon.
Randy faithfully serves the Lord and his Church family as Head Deacon, Children's Church instructor and in our Care Cell Deacon Ministry.

Kevin Anderson is a faithful brother who is growing in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
While imposing in stature, he is humble in spirit and exemplifies the idiom, "Gentle Giant".
Kevin serves in our Care Cell Deacon Ministry.

Brother Billy Wade is the "poster child" for compassion and encouragement. Gifted in the ability to edify, he is always talking with members
of the Body to speak life into them.
Billy is a certified Christian Counselor and serves in our Counseling, Prayer, and is trying to become a Pastor.
