Our purpose:
From the onset of Rochester Bible Baptist Church, it has been our desire to teach the uncomprimising word of God. The spirit of this desire is
embodied in our theme; "Discipling the Church to Dispel the Myth in the World".
By teaching the Word of God clearly and plainly the myths pertaining to it will naturally be dispelled.
It is those myths that have blasphemed the Word of God for years and often hindered the cause of Christ.

The Process:
Rochester Bible Baptist Church is dedicated to Christian Education and Discipleship.
We currently offer 3 ways to expand your knowledge and grow in the grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
- Wednesday Evening Class (6:30-8:00):
Taught by Senior Pastor Alfred Cotton, our Wednesday Evening Class is in question and answer format.
Designed to foster discussion and class participation, these classes explore deeper Biblical topics
and encourage you to study your Bible so as to complete class assignments.
- Sunday Morning Bible Study (9:45-10:45):
Our Sunday Morning Bible Study follows an organized curriculum designed to take you through a broad range of Biblical topics
through the course of a 1 year. Taught in 4 week segments by RBBC's different Bible teachers, the Sunday Morning Bible Study
proves to be a refreshing way to expand your knowledge of God and his Word.
- One on One Discipleship:
This is the bread and butter of our ministry. While the above mentioned Bible classes will teach you the Bible, the One on One Discipleship
teaches you HOW to study your Bible. We have pulled together 20 discipleship lessons designed to lay a firm Biblical foundation from which to build upon.
In the spirit of Jesus' discipleship ministry, our One on One Discipleship emphasizes the building of interpersonal relationships between the more
Spiritually mature discipler and the disciple who is often a babe in Christ. Yet that is not to say that only babes in Christ can participate. Our
One on One Discipleship is open to anyone who desires to build a firm Biblical foundation and a strong Spiritual relationship.
